Report a Broken Meter
If you want to report an out-of-order meter, please call Parking Services at 954-828-3700 during business hours, or e-mail the number of the meter. The meter number is located on the pole for single-space meters and on the front for multi-space meters (pay stations).
Pursuant to Section 26-113 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Fort Lauderdale, Florida, one may appeal a citation that is believed to have been caused by a defective meter by appearing in person or via telephone not later than 10 a.m. EST the next working day at:
